1. Some glorious warm sunshine
2. Zoom / FaceTime/ technology to stay connected with family but, also to set up some support systems
3. Always hot coffee
4. Setting up mum’s garden/ patio and remembering Dad
5. Access to a path along the river to walk
This was not quite the way I envisioned my first week off from work. I crave and thrive routine and it is clear that I will need to create some new patterns as life interpus is the name of the game. Covid 19 is no longer the story right now, but the context for a new story to unfold. What can I do today? One step at a time. What can I notice, find and appreciate? What are you grateful for this week?
