Week started on the rough side. The sadness threatened to overwhelm me. But, I dug down and tapped into what I know to be true. I focused on being grateful for what I have; stayed committed to my future self – journalling and exercising in the morning, and subtle shifts began to occur – and glimmers of light appeared.
