Mornings are so very dark now. On top of that we have rain in our forecast for the next 6 months ?. Pulling out all the tools. @doterra frankincense on the glabella (the space between your eyes above your nose) @neora EHT for brain health and mental clarity (ALWAYS), and my happy light. I am being proactive in my approach to my seasonal affective disorder, considering all that has happened. A cumulation of sadness. What tools do you use? What are you grateful for this week? ????
